I actually have a very hard time taking a perfectly good neck tie and demolishing it, even if to create something equally snazzy like a bow tie. It’s much easier to demolish a ridiculously wide or frayed neck tie. But sometimes people send us Ralph Lauren Purple Label, Hermes, or Charvet ties, and … well, the customer is always right. I’m not an exclusive bow tie wearer. I love neck ties.
